- very polite staff - English speaking staff (even said hello in Korean for me!) - location (8min walk to Bayonne train station and bus stop 20 seconds away) - I arrived 2 hours early before check in time, but they found me a room that I could check in early. So thankful because I had a lot of luggage - spacious room with a chair, desk, and plenty of seating stools. - the toilet paper edges were folded nicely which was a pleasant surprise - a/c worked well

We were met by two cheerful faces, who went on to show us the popular toueist spots within the town. We were also assisted by an Angel called Margo, who will always be remembered for her help at a difficult time. We will always be thankful for your unexpected and sincere help in getting to Toulouse..sending you our love and respect 🙏

Chose this IBIS because of the secure parking available. A short walk to the station and 20 minutes to the old town. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Sound proofing in room was excellent. Hotel was very busy but no noise permeated the room.

Great location, good facilities, onsite secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. 9€ charge for the car park was reasonable. Breakfast was available but I did not avail of it. Two very good boulangeries are close to the hotel.
